Espresso Martini

This one is for all of the coffee lovers here in Mudgee.

Ingredients:
• 60ml Kahlua
• 30ml Vodka
• 30ml sugar Syrup
• 90ml Espresso

Steps:
1 - Pour Kahlua into shaker with ice
2 - Pour vodka into the mixture
3 - Pour espresso into the mixture
4 - Pour sugar syrup into the shaker
5 - Shake swiftly for a 90 seconds
6 - Double strain into an iced cold Martini glass
7 - Garnish with two coffee beans.

Mojito

This is ‘mint’ to be for all lovers of zesty drinks.

Ingredients
• 10 fresh mint leaves
• ½ lime, cut into 4 wedges
• 2 tablespoons white sugar, or to taste
• 1 cup ice cubes
• 60ml of white rum
• ½ cup soda water

Steps
1 - Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass.
2 - Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice.
3 - Add 2 more lime wedges and the sugar, and muddle again to release the lime juice.
4 - Fill the glass almost to the top with ice.
5 - Add Rum contents
6 - shake, stir and strain into a glass of ice limes and muddle mint.
